Demand Planning Executive

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Distributors / Stakeholders on compiling forecast and review on accuracy.
• Regularly update forecasts based on new data, market changes, and business inputs.
• Liaise with Supply Chain Management on the stock availability and inventory.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Ensure inventory aligns with demand forecasts and business objectives.
• Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing team to understand promotions, campaigns, and market trends.
• Act as a point of contact between supply chain and other departments to resolve demand-related issues.
• Analyse discrepancies between forecasts and actual sales, identifying improvement areas.
• Manage stocks return approval to make sure the return goods are within certain acceptable percentages.
