**What You'll Do**

Improve S&OP,S&OE,RvCC, AOP process health level:

+ You will own the demand planning process for the cluster; develop the linkages among the cross-functional team; provide guidance for and align on a robust demand-based forecast for the countries at all meaningful levels, supporting both S&OP (18-24 months) and RvsCC (5-year) horizon. Employ an effective demand segmentation strategy to focus on the key products and key customers while using statistical forecast as basis for the rest of the volume.
+ You will develop discipline of incorporating sales and marketing inputs into the demand plan; drive the consensus between the Cluster (top-down) and Country roll-up (bottom-up) view of demand, supported by documentation of assumption changes, risk and opportunities and reasons to believe. Ensure a robust handoff to Supply Planning to promote an Advantaged Supply Chain that will ensure product availability and optimize working capital investment.
