Demand Planning & Inventory Data Senior Specialist -Remote
About the Role:
We're looking for a data-driven Demand Planning & Inventory expert to own our forecasting process, lead S&OP, and optimize inventory across all warehouses. You'll ensure product availability, minimize stockouts and excess, and elevate planning accuracy—while keeping master data in SAP rock-solid.
What You'll Do:
Demand Planning & Forecasting:

• Build and maintain accurate forecasts for all product lines using historicals, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Apply statistical tools/APS to evaluate models and test new methodologies.
• Continuously refine forecasts based on market dynamics and stakeholder feedback.

S&OP Leadership:

• Run the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand and supply with business goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional S&OP meetings; surface risks, gaps, and scenarios.
