Responsible for the service to the internal and external customers while providing the customers with one single point of contact for all topics concerning finished goods.

Assure that the goods are going to be deliver on the agreed date by following up the process with the departments and suppliers involved from the invoice emission until the delivery. This process avoids penalties and redeliveries.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Demand & Supply Planning Coordinator develops and maintains an 18-month rolling demand plan for finished goods and promotional items using statistical models and SAP IBP, incorporating insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
