Job Purpose Summary
This role leads Japan’s short- to long-term demand forecasting across the full GSK Japan portfolio (Medicine and Vaccines), translating business strategy into an aligned demand plan. Partner with Marketing, Finance and Supply teams to connect demand decisions to supply plans, protecting availability and healthy inventory.

Strategic commercial impact: influence growth decisions for Japan - GSK’s 2nd largest market after the US by turning brand strategy and market dynamics into the demand plan.
Executive visibility: work closely with Business Unit Heads, partnering with Marketing and Finance to align assumptions and make decisions through monthly governance.
