Demands Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Satellite Teams is in search of a Demands writer Assistant who will be working for an LA-based distinguished law firm protecting consumers over a decade and will be responsible for assisting Demand Writers with client needs as well as communicating with adjusters and insurance companies, when necessary, in order to finalize clients' settlements. It's a culture where you have the freedom to experiment and push your talents as far as they can go.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all Spanish speaking calls, including but not limited to assisting clients with their needs/inquiries and following up accordingly.
• Call clients to let them know their demand has been sent to the insurance company.
• Send a letter out to clients to confirm that their demand has been sent on their behalf.
• Obtain client questionnaires assessing pain levels and save them to client files.
• Extend settlements and coordinate releases with clients.
