Demi Chef /Commis Chef (Full Time)

We are looking for a talented Demi Chef & Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at ROOTS F&B (KL) SDN BHD in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur location. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily preparation and cooking of menu items
• Following recipes and culinary techniques to ensure consistent high-quality food production
• Ensuring all kitchen equipment, tools and work areas are clean, sanitized and well-maintained
• Collaborating with the team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes
• Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive work environment
