Demi Chef de Partie

voco Hotels is seeking a motivated and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to support our Hot & Cold Kitchen team. This role is an exciting opportunity for aspiring chefs to develop their culinary skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in the Hot & Cold Kitchen according to brand standards and recipes.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and inventory management.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and ensuring a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
