Immediate Hiring – Demi Chef (Hot Kitchen)

We are looking for a Demi Chef who can support and manage kitchen operations during service. This role requires someone with experience, speed and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing hot kitchen section
• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation
• Cook during peak hours with minimal supervision
• Guide and support Commis staff
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
• Experience in handling hot kitchen preferred
• Able to work independently during service
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
