Demi Chef

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To assist the Chef De Partie in producing high quality of food. You are also to support him in managing kitchen operations according to the Standard Operation Procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years' experience in the same or similar capacity in the hotel industry
• Possess a Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality Management or Equivalent
• Able to communicate in spoken and written English
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Able to work shifts including night shifts
• Good inter-personal and communications skills and able to work well with others
• Position open only to Malaysians
