• Assist the Outlet Head Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation and production.
• Support the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of cuisine quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner in accordance with omakase service flow.
• Assist the Head Chef in menu development, tasting sessions, and continuous improvement of dishes.
