Responsibilities:

• Assist Pastry Chef in preparing and producing desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked items
• Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of pastry kitchen at all times
• Assist in daily mise en place and baking production
• Monitor food quality and freshness
• Comply with food safety and standards
• Assist in stock control and proper storage of ingredients
