Overview

Our client is a leading multi-disciplined demolition contractor who, due to growth, are currently looking for several Demolition Site Managers (CCDO). The Demolition Site Manager is to oversee regional demolition projects in the local area. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to progress within the Demolition business unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional demolition projects in the local area; manage on-site activities and ensure project objectives are met.


• Lead Demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards.


• Coordinate health & safety requirements, RAMS, and temporary works coordination on live or high-profile sites.


• Maintain clear communication and reporting with clients, Demolition engineers, and Demolition site operatives.
