Clinical Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures (e.g., fillings, braces installation, crowns, extractions)
• Hand instruments and materials to the dentist
• Use suction devices to keep patients’ mouths dry and clear
• Ensure patient comfort and answer basic questions
• Take and record patient medical history and vital signs

Sterilization and Infection Control

• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment
• Follow infection control protocols

Radiography

• Process and develop X-ray films or digital images
