Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control standards
• Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by state regulations)
• Greet patients, prepare them for procedures, and provide post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Handle chairside duties such as suctioning, mixing materials, and passing instruments
• Ensure patient comfort and support throughout dental procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
• Experience in Dental Assistant is a plus
• Must be alert and detail-oriented
• Must be a good communicator
• Establish rapport with patients who are anxious or in pain.
• Willing to rotate if needed
• Can start ASAP
