Dental Benefits Adjudicator

Bigstone Health Commission in Edmonton, AB is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and dependable Dental Benefits Adjudicator to join our talented Health Team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess and manually adjudicate dental benefit requests.
• Act as an advocate for all BCN members of the health benefits program.
• Work with the members and service providers in a pleasant and efficient manner.
• Provide program information, advice, and assistance to members and service providers.
• Assist with manual invoice preparation, accounts receivable tracking, and related documentation.
• Maintain database and provider files.
