Staffing for Doctors is currently seeking an experienced
Dental Biller / AR Specialist (Orthodontics)
to support a high-volume orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong senior-level background in orthodontic billing and accounts receivable, with the ability to work patient-by-patient to resolve long-standing AR balances. This role is critical to improving cash flow, correcting aging claims, and ensuring accurate insurance processing.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Manage accounts receivable specifically for orthodontic patients, including overdue balances dating back to 2021.
• Work patient-by-patient to identify, correct, and resolve outstanding AR.
• Correct aging claims, handle resubmissions and appeals, and identify denial trends.
• Communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to billing...
