Dental Biller + Front Desk VA

We are seeking an experienced Dental Biller with strong Accounts Receivable (AR) expertise who can also support front desk operations. This is a hybrid role requiring someone who is detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and highly experienced in dental billing workflows.

This role is not entry-level. Recent, hands-on dental billing experience is required.

Dental Billing & Accounts Receivable

• Manage dental insurance claims from submission through resolution
• Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims
• Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts
• Investigate and resolve AR discrepancies
• Maintain accurate patient balances and insurance records
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and appeals
