Key Responsibilities:
Call insurance companies to verify patient coverage and benefits
Perform eligibility checks accurately and efficiently
Gather and update patient information into client's EMR/EHR.
Support multiple dental office locations with administrative tasks
Prepare reports and provide updates directly to the Office Manager
