Dental Clinic Manager – Victoria, BC
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
 
An established and highly respected dental practice in beautiful Victoria, BC is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-run, fast-paced clinic with 10 operatories, 3 dentists, and 7 RDHs.
 
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of dental clinic experience
Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role
Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
Experience with Tracker software (an asset)
 
Compensation & Benefits:
Wage: $40–$47/hour (based on experience)
