Job Overview/Summary

The Dental Receptionist Training Coordinator plays a critical role in the SME Program by leading workflow instruction, learner coaching, skills evaluation, and content development focused on U.S. dental front-office operations.

This role prepares virtual assistants to confidently support real dental clinic workflows, including appointment scheduling, patient intake, dental insurance verification, treatment coordination, phone handling, EHR navigation, and patient communication.

Flexibility is essential. The DR Training Coordinator supports both entry-level and experienced learners, adapts to varying dental clinic protocols and practice management systems, and contributes to retraining cancelled VAs re-entering the system. The DRTS bridges real dental clinic workflows with performance validation to build a deployment-ready dental receptionist talen bench.
