Gentle Smile Dental Studio - Dental Practice located in both Millenia Walk and Wheelock Place

Job Descriptions

• To assist the dentists in carrying out treatments and to attend to patient's comfort during treatment.
• Prepare treatment room by stocking dental materials and ensuring equipment are well maintained
• Maintaining the clinic cleanliness and hygiene to a high standard and ensuring sterilisation of instruments
• Ad hoc front desk receptions duties including patient registration, appointment booking, cashiering and explaining treatments to patients
• Assist in ad hoc administrative works.

Jobs requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Secondary School Certificate/ O Level in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5.5 days work week. (Mon-Fri 9-6pm, Sat 9-1pm)
• IT literate (to use clinic software and email)
