Dentist - Hospital

Hospital Dentist

+ Graduate of a CODA/CDCA accredited dental school

+ Successful completion of a hospital based General Practice Residency

+ Recent experience in delivering general dental services in the OR

+ Successful treatment and management of adult special needs patients in an outpatient setting

+ Teaching experience in a pre-doctoral or postgraduate dental education preferred.

+ Requires good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as organizational skills, understanding of current medical and dental technology, and excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

+ Ability to react to crisis situations quickly and effectively using department protocols and guidelines

+ Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare electronic medical records (EMR)

+ Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and medical treatment
