Dentist/Centre Lead

Our client is a community healthcare organization with many medical centres in Singapore.

They are currently looking for a senior dentist who in addition to performing regular dental duties will also manage the dental team and certain operational aspects of the dental clinic.

This role is expected to serve migrant workers.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and provide appropriate dental treatments (e.g. fillings, extractions, root canals).
• Lead and manage the dental team, including rostering, recruitment, appraisals, training, and staff retention.
• Oversee patient management, including triaging, appointment scheduling, patient communication, and handling feedback or complaints.
• Manage budgeting, submit proposals to HQ and donors, and monitor/report KPIs for dental services.
