Position Summary:
The School of Education and Health Sciences seeks an innovative, collaborative, and experienced faculty and student-centered Chairperson for the Department of Nursing. This is a 12-month appointment open rank faculty position, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated leadership experience in higher education, along with exceptional skills in strategic planning, faculty development, and interprofessional collaboration. The Chairperson of the Department of Nursing will serve as a dynamic and visionary academic leader, responsible for overseeing the administration, continuous improvement, and academic excellence supporting the School’s graduate nursing programs, including the implementation of the recently developed Master’s Entry to Nursing Practice ( MENP ) program.
