As a Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor), you will provide day‑to‑day supervisory oversight of the store’s operations, work closely with your team of supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager, and play a key role in achieving store KPIs and delivering an unbeatable client experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension to the store management team, managing team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
• Promote a high level of customer service and recommend suitable products to customers, based on a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Serve as an escalation point for clients and cast member matters, confidently making store operation decisions during core hours.
• Hold team briefings.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve store KPIs and targets.
