Job Summary:

• Working day & time: 5-6 days, depends on the roaster (44hrs a week)
• Location: Islandwide
• Salary: $2,900 - $5,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales and profitability of the department to meet budget and stretch targets set by sharing goals with team members
• Empowered to manage inventory levels and stock holding days by observing good ordering practices for availability of products to optimize sales
• Plan and manage sales especially for promotional items
• Proper planning on weekly roster based on the promotional/seasonal calendar to optimize team member deployment and control salary costs

Job Requirement:

• Relevant experience in the FMCG/Retail/F&B industry will be an added advantage
