Department Manager Supply Chain

ABOUT JOB

The Department Manager contribute to customer satisfaction through the quality of the services he coordinates (according to his assignment and the organization of the store): reception, merchandise pickup, after-sales service, and related services (delivery, rental, loans, etc.) in which he personally participates. Ensure the control of merchandise flows, from reception, in compliance with procedures and quality of storage. Also ensure the flow of information with the sales department.

• Optimize incoming flows: relations with carriers (appointment scheduling, etc.), suppliers
