Job Summary:

The Department Manager oversees the daily operations and staff of a specific functional area within a McDonald's restaurant, such as front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or maintenance. They ensure all departmental tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule the shifts of crew members within the assigned department

• Train and develop department staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and customer service

• knowledgeable on ordering system, pm/bm , Lsm and inventory system is a must.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, supplies, and equipment for the department
