**Department Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations**

**Position Summary**
The Department Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing a departmental workforce within a manufacturing environment. This role oversees production operations, coordinates schedules, ensures quality standards, manages inventory accuracy, and promotes a safe and productive workplace. The supervisor is responsible for high-volume production areas and serves in leadership capacities when senior management is unavailable.
