Type: Full‑time, fixed‑term until December 2026 (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday rota)

Shift times: 08:30–17:30 or 10:00–19:00.

Role Overview

As a Deployment Consultant you will manage the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites. You will work directly with clients, site managers and candidates, support recruitment processes and complete vetting and compliance procedures in line with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and screening processes.
• Check ID and ETW documents against client requirements.
• Manage our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp.
