Role Overview

The Deployment Manager (Workforce Management) serves as the primary liaison for assigned territories, ensuring effective demand planning, resource allocation, and workforce optimization. This role drives visibility of delivery capabilities across stakeholders and oversees the strategic deployment of technical resources to meet service requirements. The position also supports the evolution of the people model, strengthening workforce planning, capacity management, and capability development.
