                    Know Your Customer (KYC) knowledge/experience
Customer Identification Program (CIP) knowledge/experience
Deposit account ownership changes
Deposit account signer maintenance
Record merge experience
Deposit account title changes
Deposit account maintenance inquires on existing accounts
Ensure accuracy of documentation, relationships, and field completion in banking core system
Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect client documentation
Create exception notifications to bankers
