DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
Develop and generate sales opportunities by onboarding new potential customers and expanding existing customers, both individual and corporate, to achieve branch targets.
Promote and cross-sell the bank products and services among target customers as well as mobile banking, QR, POS, and debit/credit cards to increase brand awareness.
Direct, supervise, and support the deposit sale team to ensure team members achieve their targets.
On-site visit customer and coordinate with team and relevant parties upon request from customers.
Identify potential customers and understand their businesses to recommend appropriate products and services to customers and bring in a new deposit base.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by providing a friendly banking experience as well as keeping customers satisfied.
