Depot Manager

The Depot Manager is responsible for the overall management of depot operations, ensuring
efficient warehousing, transport, dispatch, inventory control, and staff supervision. The role
ensures daily reconciliation of stock and sales, compliance with company policies and
statutory regulations, cost control, and high service levels across the depot while supporting
business growth objectives.

Depot Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end depot operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and
  transport coordination.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations aligned with service level agreements and
  business targets.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to support order
