Summary The position is located within the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), whose mission is to lead, manage, and operate NOAA's specialized fleet of technologically advanced ships, aircraft, and uncrewed systems to collect and deliver oceanographic and atmospheric observations vital to the nation's safety, security, and economic prosperity. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the timely, efficient, and effective application of technical, financial, and human resources.
