The Village of Lytton is seeking a full-time Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (Deputy CAO) to provide senior leadership in municipal operations and governance. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Deputy CAO will oversee day‑to‑day municipal operations and ensure efficient service delivery while supporting governance and legislative compliance.
This role offers a unique career opportunity, with potential to progress into a CAO role combined with other executive leadership responsibilities (e.g., Corporate Officer or Chief Financial Officer), depending on experience and organizational needs.
The salary for this position is $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.
