Deputy Contract Manager

Job Description:

• Manage tender submissions costing, clarifications, and contract preparation.
• Review and administer main contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
• Control project costs variations, claims, EOT, and final accounts.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and award.
• Advise on commercial risk contractual matters, and compliance.
• Handle dispute resolution and contract close-out.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
