Deputy Contracts Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of contracts documents, main contracts claims, and variation orders (VOs).
• Follow up on costing with clients and consultants.
• Prepare cost analysis, project budgeting, and contracts documentation under guidance of Contracts Director/Manager.
• Review and prepare payment responses to suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with SOP and regulations.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely cost submissions and procurement support.
• Attend site meetings to provide contractual and cost advice.
• Ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance in all contract and cost-related work.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Contracts Director/Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
