Deputy Country Manager

About The Role
The Deputy Country Manager is responsible to achieve our commercial goals in their area of responsibility in accordance with BYD brand positioning and company Culture. We want to create great customer experiences and provide a best-in-class level of customer service to turn customers into loyal customers and ambassadors.
The deputy country manager will also be the responsible to identify new business opportunities within their countries and lead the efforts to turn them into reality.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
Achieve the commercial goals for the countries of responsibility.
Lead & supervise the execution of our commercial policies to create great customer experiences in all channels.
Manage business growth in an omni channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Negotiate and supervise dealership agreements and teamwork to achieve the agreed goals.
