Deputy Dean (Chandler Academy of Governance)

Job Brief

The Deputy Dean of the Chandler Academy of Governance (CAG) plays a key leadership role in advancing the Academy’s mission to deliver high-quality, practice-oriented governance training for public sector leaders. The Deputy Dean will provide critical support to the Dean in setting the vision and priorities of the Academy, ensure effective execution of the Academy’s training offerings, and represent the Academy in both internal and external forums as needed.

The Deputy Dean will work closely with a high-performing team and collaborate with experts, partners, and stakeholders across the Chandler Governance Group (CGG). The Deputy Dean will help ensure the Academy is both responsive to the evolving needs of governments and positioned for long-term sustainability and impact.
