Deputy Design Manager

Overall Job Purpose

Carry out islandwide planning, design and design-related management works in support of SDC’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out design ideation, research, content narrative and feasibility studies to ensure SDC’s design approaches and execution are ahead of the curve in the market.
• Conduct stakeholders’ engagements to gather feedback and for project coordination purpose.
• Formulate Design Brief and Urban Design Guidelines to guide planning and development works.
• Work closely with ministries, authorities, SDC’s stakeholders, consultants and contractors from project inception, ideation to final delivery of the developments i.e. end-to-end integrated design management
• Preparation of approval papers and related materials eg. specifications and drawings etc. to facilitate clearances.
