We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (non-teaching) to join our experienced and dedicated Safeguarding Team.

In this support staff role, you will work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure safeguarding concerns are effectively addressed across the school, liaise with external agencies and lead on a specific aspect of safeguarding which would be agreed with the successful candidate.

This is a permanent post for 37 hours per week and 39 weeks per year (term time only). The working pattern is 08:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-15:30 on a Friday. 

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a school safeguarding role or have a social work/care, welfare, police background.
