An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher) in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology/ Public Management or related qualification; A minimum of 3-years middle management experience in a human resource management environment.

Key Performance AreasManage the appointment of nominated candidates on PERSAL; Oversee the administeration of contract appointments, extensions and developmental programme appointments (e.g. internships); Manage employee movements, including promotions, transfers, secondments and acting appointments; Ensure accurate, compliant and timely processing of all appointment-related transactions; Monitor high-volume appointment transactions and ensure adherence to turnaround times and prescripts; Ensure adherence to approved turnaround times and service standards for all appointment transactions.
