Deputy Director / Assistant Director, Enforcement (Investigator) (3-Yr Contract)

You will be an investigator in the Enforcement Department and your primary responsibility is to investigate offences and/or regulatory breaches under all MAS-administered Acts.

As an investigator in the Enforcement Department, you will be gazetted as a Commercial Affairs Officer with criminal investigative powers under the MAS-CAD Joint Investigation Arrangement, exercising comprehensive investigative powers including searching premises, seizing evidence, and effecting arrests during raid operations.

Your responsibilities include thorough evidence gathering, conducting interviews, handling bail procedures, preparing detailed case files, and providing litigation support to the Attorney‑General's Chambers in both criminal prosecutions and civil penalty court actions.
