JOB SUMMARY:
The position of Deputy Director Legal is responsible for supporting the Director Legal in managing company's legal affairs, including drafting, legal research, litigation preparation, regulatory coordination, and document vetting. The role provides essential support in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, assisting in contract administration, and maintaining legal uniformity across departments.
The incumbent functions as a mid-level legal professional within the Legal Department and facilitates smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external counsel, contributing to company's overall legal governance and operational efficiency.
