Exciting opportunity for Deputy Director of Nursing (DDON) to help manage our 71-bed Mertome Aged Care Home, located in Bayswater. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

About the role 
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, and supported by a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met, while providing clear communication to families.
