Deputy Director of Planning & Transformation | The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust

We are looking to appoint a Deputy Director of Planning & Transformation in a senior strategic leadership role who will be responsible for leading the Planning & Transformation function across two partner NHS Trusts.

The successful applicant will be educated to a degree level (or with equivalent experience) along with significant senior management experience within the NHS or a comparable complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Director of Planning & Transformation at Board Committee and system level


• Lead the development, coordination and delivery of the annual NHS planning cycle for both Trusts


• Drive transformation and productivity improvement aligned to national policy (including the NHS 10-Year Plan and system priorities)
