We are seeking an experienced Deputy Factory Manager to support the overall operational leadership of our manufacturing facility in Malaysia. This role serves as a critical strategic partner to the Factory Manager, responsible for bridging cross-cultural communication, managing vital local government relations, and overseeing day-to-day factory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, drive project implementation, and foster a cohesive, productive workforce across diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve the company’s business objectives.
