1. Investment, Research & Development
Conduct market research and develop shopping center business models aligned with customer demand and competition to ensure high commercial efficiency.
Develop the investment portfolio and master plan; oversee progress of approved development projects.
Manage new mall openings: tenant mix planning, leasing strategy, and project rollout.
Optimize site planning and asset allocation across projects; review leasing policies, pricing, and ongoing developments.
Build and update leasing policies and industry-specific strategies to improve business efficiency.
